Delivery and Returns

This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing on Zoya.com.au and is applicable to Australian customers only.  


ZOYA, QTICA, SMARTSPA & OLIGODERMIE are Exclusively Imported & Distributed by SAB Wholesale Pty Ltd, trading as SA Beauty Supplies (ABN 27 117 818 069).
SA Beauty Supplies reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy.

This policy is applicable only to online customers and does not extend to customers who have purchased from a Zoya Stockist. Items purchased from a Zoya Stockist are bound under that retailer's Returns and Exchanges Policy. SA Beauty Supplies cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made outside Zoya.com.au. Delivery

 

We have a specific arrangement with Australia Post to allow us to ship Nail Lacquer using the eParcel network to any location within Australia. Due to the flammable properties of Nail Lacquer, we cannot offer an Express service because of current Aviation rules.

We do not ship outside of Australia. Please email sales@zoya.com.au for any international enquiries.

 

Current Freight Charges

 

Free Shipping Australia wide for orders over $50.00*

 

Standard Shipping $7.95* (Allow 7 days for delivery – normally 3-5 days to most Metro locations**)

 

Australia Post eParcel delivery person will attempt to obtain a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, they will leave a calling card allowing the recipient to collect from a nearby retail outlet.

If you choose to have the parcel left in a secure location using the comments section in the Zoya website check out page (e.g. "leave near front door if no answer"), responsibility for the parcel becomes the recipient once delivery has been made by Australia Post. Missing or stolen articles will not be replaced or reimbursed by SAB Wholesale Pty Ltd t/as SA Beauty Supplies. We recommend deliveries are made to a commercial location where there is always someone known to the recipient to sign for the article e.g. your place of work.

**All orders are sent from Adelaide, South Australia. If you live in WA, NT, Far North Queensland or remote rural areas you may need to allow a few extra days for postage.

 

 

Online Returns and Exchanges Policy

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind but you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem including any of the following;

·         The item is faulty

·         Incorrect item supplied or damaged on arrival

For any of the above situations, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault and supply a photo if possible.
